A heat fee duing 6 months of the year (October, November, December, January February and March) is assessed at $50 per month for heating cost. THis is a bargain and a fixed cost regardless of the actual costs during those months. Net monthly due for apt A is $620 per month which includes the heat fee billed at $25 per month at 12 months billing.
This is a garden level apartment with windows to the WEST side.....the windows in the front (South) of the apartment face the street (C street). See apartment F description and details. This is a VERY quiet building with tenants typically which are established. A quiet UNL grad student/faculty/or visiting Professor will be considered depending on references and situation.
RENT FOR APT C is $645 per month plus $50 heat fee for 6 of the 12 months...We had a 31 below NIGHT in the last year, so this FIXED fee for heat saves you LOTS oF $$$$$$$$.
Similar to APT C which is one floor above Apt A....Apt A is garden level and Apt C is Elevated first floor level (and Apt E is same floor layout on top level of the buildng).
